We know how hard it can be to balance family with work. So, we are happy to talk to you about flexible working hours so you get the most out of your kids and work.
WORK REMOTELY ANYWHERE
Flexible working is here to stay! At The Brand Agency, you can choose to extend your holiday and work remotely from overseas or interstate for up to four weeks every year.
NO WORK BIRTHDAYS
You shouldn’t work on your birthday and here you don’t need to. After being with us for a year, you get your birthday off.
MORE DAYS OFF
You get five weeks annual leave, not the standard four. After two years you get an extra day of leave each year. You get another one after three years, one more after four years and one more when you reach five years. With your birthday off, that’s an extra five days altogether.
PAID PARENTAL LEAVE
We support employees who are expanding their families and recognise the importance of having time away from work to focus on their home and personal life. We offer a paid parental leave policy to provide employees with time off to care for their new addition.
BREKKY ON TAP
We think breakfast is the most important meal of the day. And there’s no need to buy your own brekky, you can have it for free here. A nutritious start to the day.
VOLUNTEER DAY
You can take one day off a year to help with any recognised community, cause, club or association, without having to use your annual leave.
BRAND CLUB
We like to get together outside of work. We’ve got an active social club that organises activities from laser quest to oyster shucking and everything in between.
