
Senior Recruiter
The Brattle Group, a privately held, global economic consulting firm, is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in our Boston, MA office. This role will play a critical part in attracting and hiring high-caliber professionals across our corporate functions, including but not limited to Finance, HR, IT, Marketing, and Legal, who enable the firm’s consulting teams to deliver exceptional client service worldwide.
The Senior Recruiter will serve as a partner to colleagues across Corporate Services (CS), driving full-cycle recruitment efforts and ensuring alignment between hiring needs and the firm’s long-term growth objectives. This individual will combine strong sourcing capabilities, market insight, and stakeholder partnership to build high-performing corporate teams that support Brattle’s global operations.

Some of the day-to-day responsibilities of this role include:
- Partner with Corporate Services stakeholders to lead full-cycle recruiting for positions at the director-level and below firmwide, including sourcing, screening, interview management, feedback collection, offer process, and post-offer follow-up while coaching interviewers on best practices and candidate evaluation
- Act as a strategic talent advisor by developing and executing sourcing strategies that build long-term pipelines, providing market insights and workforce intelligence, recommending sourcing channels and job posting approaches, and ensuring roles are competitively positioned
- Guide hiring managers through recruiting challenges with proactive, solution-oriented support while building strong stakeholder relationships, collaborating with HRBPs to identify talent gaps, and delivering a high-quality candidate experience
- Maintain a strong understanding of business functions and external talent markets while communicating clearly and influencing hiring decisions through data-driven insights and storytelling
- Manage recruiting systems and databases, internal reports and partner with Marketing to effectively promote open roles
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Compensation and broader HR teams on market data, benchmarking, compliance, and reporting, while supporting onboarding, candidate experience touchpoints, and broader HR projects and operations
THE CANDIDATE
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Six (6) years of demonstrated experience in full-life cycle recruiting experience required; with at least two (2) years of working in professional services; global experience is desired
- Experience working with and maintaining applicant tracking systems, and other HRIS systems
- Experience working with offices and time zones
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent quantitative skills and attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Strong customer service attitude
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team as needed
- Must be able to learn quickly and adapt to growing and changing environment
- Fast-paced office environment handling multiple tasks and demands
- Must be able to exercise appropriate independent judgment
- Requires the ability to concentrate and pay close attention to detail
- Perform duties of a confidential nature
- Evening/weekend work may be required
Brattle offers a competitive benefits package, base salary, and bonus program for eligible roles based on individual and firm performance. The anticipated base gross salary range for this position in Boston, MA is $110,000 - $120,000 annually. Actual salary will depend on a variety of factors, including experience and training.
