Temporary Talent Acquisition Assistant

The Brattle Group is seeking a Temporary Talent Acquisition Assistant to support our Talent Acquisition team. This role will play an important part in delivering a smooth and organized recruiting process by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications and logistics, maintaining job postings, and supporting applicant tracking system administration. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This is a great opportunity for someone with recruiting coordination experience who enjoys providing a high level of service to both candidates and internal stakeholders.

Some of the day-to-day responsibilities of this role include:

  • Coordinate candidate interview schedules, including sending interview requests, confirming interviewer availability, communicating directly with candidates, and maintaining accurate and timely interview details
  • Manage interview logistics, including communication with candidates regarding travel, communicating schedules to applicable offices and internal stakeholders, and troubleshooting last-minute scheduling changes or interview-related issues
  • Post and maintain job postings in applicant tracking system, external posting sites (various colleges, LinkedIn, role specific job boards etc.), and internal/external job board
  • With direction from the Manager of Talent Acquisition, disposition candidates within the applicant tracking system, ensuring candidate statuses are updated accurately and in a timely manner

THE CANDIDATE

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience coordinating interviews with varying levels of complexity; preferably experience coordinating across multiple time zones and geographies
  • Preference for experience working in a professional services environment
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and interview scheduling platforms required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and other Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple schedules, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when coordinating calendars, candidate communications, and interview logistics
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and service-oriented approach when interacting with candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and respond calmly and efficiently to last-minute scheduling changes or competing priorities

 

This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.

The anticipated gross hourly rate for this position in Boston, MA is $26 - $28.
