Role Actions & Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end client journey alongside a top-producing agent
• Coordinate and attend:
  
  
• Showings
• Inspections
• Contractor meetings
• Appointments
  
  
• Write and review contracts and addenda
• Host open houses and manage listing assets (lockboxes, signs, booties)
• Deliver items like EMDs, marketing materials, etc.
• Maintain tight communication with Transaction Coordinator
• Handle listing marketing support, event prep, and follow-up
• Provide evening/weekend coverage as needed
• Build your own sphere and track all activity through CAZA reporting standards
• Attend all required trainings, huddles, and meetings, including Impact Tuesdays

You’ll start with CAZA Elite Agent Bootcamp + 90-Day Milestone Plan and shadow your Rainmaker until fully ramped up. You’ll:

• Observe buyer and seller consults
• Watch how your Rainmaker communicates, negotiates, and coordinates
• Learn the rhythm and flow of a high-performing real estate business
• Move from support to independence, and from independence to leadership
