About This Job

As the Senior Product Manager for our Digital Commerce Platform, you will lead the evolution of our core digital storefront and specialized consumer-facing channels. This is a high-impact role within our Digital Shopping team, which oversees the shopping experience across all digital channels (e-commerce, mobile, and kiosk), digital payments, and loyalty solutions.

This leader must possess a deep, technical understanding of the core technologies that power modern e-commerce. Your mandate is to lead the product's evolution by strategically leveraging cutting-edge technology to build a highly flexible and performing shopping platform. Crucially, you will balance this technical innovation with an exceptional user experience, ensuring that every product delivered is beautiful, intuitive, and sets a new bar for digital shopping.

  • Define the Consumer E-commerce Standard: Own the vision for the holistic consumer-facing e-commerce technology, ensuring customers can build best-in-class shopping experiences across all ordering channels.
  • Enable E-commerce Flexibility & Customization: Transform the core web product into a composable, highly flexible platform that allows B2B clients (dispensaries) to customize the appearance, merchandising, and content of their digital storefronts without engineering support.
  • Optimize Kiosk Shopping Experience: Define and deliver a best-in-class Kiosk product that is reliable, intuitive, and highly effective for in-store ordering, driving both efficiency and revenue for our partners.
  • Elevate the Branded Mobile App: Own the strategy and roadmap for the customer-facing Branded Mobile App, ensuring it offers a personalized, sticky, and high-performance shopping channel that maximizes retention.
  • Establish Technical Excellence: Ensure the foundational e-commerce platform incorporates modern technical best practices, including best-in-class SEO, web performance, and reliable web hosting architecture.
  • Up-Level Product Team Expertise: Actively mentor and share deep technical and design expertise across the Digital Shopping Product Team, establishing best practices in UX/visual design, web technology, and B2B product development.

What You'll Do...

  • Drive Platform Modernization: Lead the product vision to decouple and modularize the e-commerce front-end, enabling dynamic customization capabilities for our B2B customers.
  • Channel Ownership: Act as the single-threaded owner for E-commerce Customization, Kiosk, and the Branded Mobile App, defining KPIs, roadmaps, and feature priorities for all three areas.
  • Technical Strategy: Partner deeply with engineering on technical decisions related to web architecture, data integration (e.g., CRMs), SEO implementation, and scalability, translating complex technical concepts into business outcomes.
  • Design and UX Leadership: Collaborate intensely with design teams to ensure a consistent, beautiful, and highly intuitive user experience across all digital channels (web, mobile, kiosk).
  • Consumer Insight & Validation: Design and execute a continuous loop of user research, A/B testing, and direct user feedback mechanisms to validate hypotheses and rapidly optimize shopping flows for conversion and usability.

What You Bring...

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in product management, with a proven history of owning and evolving multi-channel digital products (web, mobile, kiosk/in-store tech).
  • B2B Software Experience (Mandatory): Significant experience building products that serve business customers, with an understanding of configuration, user roles, and enablement tools.
  • Technical Depth: Strong working knowledge of web technologies and key strategic areas like SEO, web hosting infrastructure, and the role of a CMS in personalization and data flow.
  • User Experience & Visual Design Expertise: A very strong background in user experience (UX) principles and a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with visual design teams to deliver polished, high-fidelity products.
  • Experience with QA and Testing: Demonstrated experience guiding Quality Assurance (QA) practices, defining acceptance criteria, and managing functional and non-functional testing cycles to ensure high product reliability and performance.
  • Channel Strategy: Experience delivering and managing products across web (desktop/mobile web) and native mobile (iOS/Android) environments.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to manage complex dependencies between product, engineering, and design to deliver holistic experiences.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
