About This Job

The Senior Manager, Revenue Operations Analytics will lead the analytics function within Revenue Operations, owning the data infrastructure, reporting, and insight generation that powers Dutchie's go-to-market decision-making. This is a newly created leadership role designed to bring senior ownership, analytical rigor, and strategic leverage to RevOps as the function scales. You will act as a trusted analytical partner to Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance leadership — translating complex data into clear, actionable intelligence that drives revenue growth and operational efficiency.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution. You will be equally comfortable designing a measurement framework for a new GTM motion and diving into the underlying data to validate it yourself. You will be a leader of analysts while maintaining close proximity to the work, and you will be expected to leverage AI tools and automation to meaningfully accelerate the speed and quality of your team's output.

What You'll Do...

  • Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing analytics team, setting clear goals, prioritizing the roadmap, and ensuring timely delivery
  • Foster a culture of intellectual curiosity, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Model and embed AI-augmented workflows across the RevOps function — from data exploration and anomaly detection to narrative generation and stakeholder reporting
  • Serve as the primary analytical thought partner to Sales, CS, Marketing, and Finance leadership, proactively surfacing trends, risks, and opportunities before they are asked for
  • Translate revenue strategy into measurable frameworks — defining the right metrics, leading indicators, and reporting cadences for each GTM function
  • Contribute to annual planning cycles including quota modeling, capacity planning, territory design, and headcount analysis
  • Own the end-to-end revenue reporting infrastructure, including dashboards, KPIs, and recurring executive-facing reporting in Hex, Looker and Salesforce
  • Lead forecasting analytics — building and maintaining models that improve call accuracy and pipeline predictability across segments
  • Analyze funnel conversion, deal velocity, retention, expansion, and NRR trends to diagnose performance gaps and recommend interventions
  • Deliver ad hoc analyses that are rigorous, clearly communicated, and directly tied to a decision or action
  • Establish and enforce data governance standards — metric definitions, field hygiene, documentation, and change management — across the RevOps tech stack
  • Partner with Systems and BI/Data Engineering teams to ensure Salesforce, Looker, HubSpot, and Gong data is clean, consistent, and trustworthy
  • Identify opportunities for automation and AI-assisted analysis to increase throughput and reduce manual reporting burden
  • Align GTM teams around shared metric definitions, reporting standards, and analytical best practices
  • Operate effectively in ambiguity, balancing competing priorities across a fast-moving, cross-functional environment
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives from an analytical lens — including territory planning, comp modeling and assessment, renewal health scoring, and TAM analysis

What You Bring...

  •  7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Intelligence, or a related GTM analytics role
  • 3+ years of people management experience leading analytics or operations teams
  • Expert-level proficiency in Salesforce reporting and at least one BI platform (Hex strongly preferred)
  • Proven track record owning commission plan modeling, forecasting models, pipeline analytics, and executive-level reporting
  • Strong SQL skills and comfort working directly with data; experience with AI/LLM tools for accelerating analytical workflows is a strong plus
  • Exceptional ability to translate complex data into crisp, decision-ready narratives for senior stakeholders
  • High analytical standards — QA all outputs from yourself and your team, catch the thing others miss, and push for precision without sacrificing speed
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and zoom in on details; ability to present a board-level insight and then walk through the underlying methodology
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills; influence without authority across senior cross-functional leaders
  •

It’s a Bonus if You…

  • Experience in POS SaaS, retail tech, fintech, or other high-volume transactional businesses
  • Experience designing or implementing data governance frameworks in a scaling GTM organization
  • Background working in or alongside a RevOps function structured around the full customer lifecycle (acquisition → retention → expansion)

You’ll Get…

We are targeting a starting salary of $132,000 - $178,000 based on the intended level for this role.

In addition to cash compensation, our total rewards package includes:

  • Full medical benefits including dental and vision plans to ensure you always have the best care.
  • Equity packages in the form of stock options to all employees.
  • Technology (hardware, software, reading materials, etc..) allowance
  • Flexible vacation and sick days

At Dutchie, we’re committed to providing an environment of mutual respect where equal employment opportunities are available to all applicants and teammates without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, pregnancy, age, national origin, disability status, genetic information, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law. Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
