What You Will Do

In your role, you will be a key partner to our restaurants, fostering strong relationships and driving their success with TheFork.

Please note: This role is designed with an evolving scope. You will initially join as a B2B Sales Trainer, with the opportunity to transition into an Account Manager role over time. This dynamic path requires a high degree of flexibility, adaptability, and resilience as your responsibilities grow and shift in line with business needs.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

 

  • Onboard and empower TheFork Partners on TheFork Manager, our industry-leading electronic reservation book (ERB) for seamless restaurant booking management. You'll ensure they're not just using the software, but leveraging it daily to streamline operations and enhance their service.
  • Guide our Partners through their digital transformation, acting as a trusted advisor to help them maximize the benefits of TheFork Manager.
  • Proactively identify growth opportunities by engaging partners and demonstrating the value of upgrading their ERB, and have as well strong focus on activating yield management tools and commercial levers that help optimize occupancy and revenue, significantly impacting their business.
  • Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with our partners, understanding their evolving needs and anticipating opportunities for further collaboration and success.
  • Deliver ongoing strategic training and support on TheFork Manager, initiating refresher sessions as needed to ensure continuous optimization and partner proficiency.
  • Champion partner satisfaction throughout the onboarding process and beyond, ensuring a consistently excellent experience. You'll also gather valuable feedback from the field to collaborate with our Product Team and drive continuous improvement of TheFork Manager.
  • Facilitate seamless internal communication, ensuring all relevant teams (Sales, Account Management, Marketing, etc.) are fully informed about the latest ERB releases and partner insights.
  • Continuously refine training techniques to ensure maximum effectiveness and partner engagement.
  • You will join an agile and dynamic team in a fast-moving, "scale-up" environment, reporting to the Head of Customer Product Success & Account Management
  • You will take part in an international organization that values strong execution, sharing, and growing together.



You Must Meet These Critical Qualifications

 

  • Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to track partner interactions, and drive results
  • Proven track record of delivering against challenging targets in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
  • Sales experience
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage, persuade, and build trust with diverse stakeholders
  • Native-level Italian and fluency in English are mandatory
  • A true team player: passionate, open-minded, with a collaborative spirit and a touch of humor
  • High level of stamina, resilience, and flexibility: you thrive under pressure and adapt quickly to change
  • Previous experience in a SaaS company or tech-driven environment is a strong plus
  • You are highly comfortable with phone-based sales-engaging with clients over the phone is a core part of your daily routine and a key driver of your success.
