Was du tun wirst:

  • Nach Auswahl relevanter Restaurants kontaktierst du diese proaktiv und vereinbarst Termine mit Inhaberinnen, Inhabern oder dem Management. Du hast Freude daran, potenzielle Kundinnen und Kunden sowohl spontan (Drop-ins) als auch in geplanten Terminen zu besuchen.
  • In diesen Gesprächen präsentierst du die Produkte und Services von TheFork mit Begeisterung und Überzeugungskraft. Vier bis fünf Drop-ins oder Meetings pro Tag sind für dich ein realistisches Ziel.
  • Zu den Services von TheFork gehören unter anderem Tischmanagement-Software, Funktionen für spezielle Promotionen (z. B. 30 % Rabatt auf die Rechnung), ein Online-Reservierungskalender für die Website des Restaurants sowie Marketinglösungen.
  • Du sprichst gern mit Restaurantinhaberinnen, -inhabern und Managerinnen bzw. Managern, um ihre Bedürfnisse zu verstehen und passende Features aufzuzeigen – und zeigst dabei die Chancen auf, die das Tool TheFork Manager sowie das TheFork-Gästenetzwerk bieten.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert und bleibst an potenziellen Kundinnen und Kunden dran, bis der Deal abgeschlossen ist und das Restaurant erfolgreich auf TheFork und den Partnerplattformen online geht.

Wer du bist:

  • Du sprichst fliessend Deutsch und hast gute Englischkenntnisse.
  • Du bist eigenmotiviert, zielorientiert und hast Freude daran, Ziele zu erreichen und zu übertreffen.
  • Du bist ein echter Foodie mit starkem Interesse an digitalen und technologischen Produkten sowie an der Gastronomie.
  • Du bist kunden- und vertriebsorientiert und überzeugst mit starken Argumentations- und Einflussfähigkeiten.
  • Du bist eine leistungsstarke Vertriebspersönlichkeit mit nachweisbarer Sales-Erfahrung und fühlst dich wohl dabei, Deals auch in einem einzigen Gespräch abzuschliessen.
  • Du hast Erfahrung im Business Development, idealerweise im B2B- oder Gastronomie-/Hospitality-Umfeld, und bist sicher in kurzfristigen Verhandlungen.
  • Du bist dynamisch, arbeitest selbstständig und fühlst dich in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld wohl. Sehr gute Organisationsfähigkeiten bringst du mit.
  • Du bist neugierig, lernbereit und motiviert, dich in deiner Rolle weiterzuentwickeln.
  • Du gehst sicher mit dem PC und Microsoft Office um; Erfahrung mit CRM-Tools ist ein Plus.
