What you will do

As part of the Central Marketing team, you will join the Growth Analytics team as a Senior Growth Analyst. In this role, you will lead data-driven initiatives supporting both Media (paid activities) and Loyalty (retention & CRM) activities across the company.

Acting as a strategic bridge between business, local marketing teams, Data and Engineering, you will turn complex data into actionable insights that help us spend smarter, grow faster and maximize Customer Lifetime Value (LTV).

Key responsibilities

Business & Growth Performance Monitoring 

  • Build, maintain and automate dashboards and reports tracking marketing and business KPIs (acquisition, activation, retention, bookings, CAC, LTV, ROAs/ROI)
  • Ensure tracking consistency and data quality across channels, web/app touchpoints and analytics tools
  • Proactively identify trends, performance anomalies, and growth opportunities, translating complex data into clear strategic recommendations for stakeholders
  • Serve as the main point of contact for local marketing teams, helping them leverage central analytics assets and tailored business insights

Advanced Analyses & Decision Support (Media & Loyalty focus) 

  • Media & Paid Acquisition: perform deep-dive analyses on channel efficiency, campaign effectiveness, user behaviour and funnel conversion
  • Loyalty & Retention: analyze loyalty program performance, user cohorts, and incentives (discounts, rewards) ; evaluate their long-term impact on revenue, repeat rate, margin, and churn
  • Experimentation: design, execute, and analyze A/B tests and incrementality studies to measure the true causal impact of marketing initiatives

Boosting Productivity & Innovation via AI / Automation 

  • Leverage AI tools to automate data workflows, optimize report updates, and reduce manual reporting tasks.
  • Implement AI agents and automated alerting systems to detect real-time performance anomalies and surface emerging user trends.

 

Who you are

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (business analytics, statistics, economics, engineering or similar)
  • 3 to 5 years’s experience in analytics, ideally in growth or marketing analytics within a digital company
  • Strong SQL skills; experience with Python is a plus
  • Hands-on experience with BI (ideally PowerBI) and tracking platforms (e.g. AppsFlyer)
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing levers (paid acquisition, CRM, SEO/ASO, app marketing) and attribution concepts
  • Ability to translate complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical audiences
  • Autonomous, rigorous and curious, with a strong sense of ownership
  • Team player who enjoys working in an international environment
  • Fluent in English, French is a plus
