About the role

We are seeking a Client Accounting Assistant for the Digital department. This role will support our Digital agents while also floating across the department to fill in the gaps as needed on day-to-day matters. There is an amazing opportunity for growth with potential to become a Client Trust Accountant. Knowledge of accounting within the digital landscape (including creators, influencers, celebrities, athletes and personalities), is preferred.

 

Duties

  • Assist in creating and editing invoices.
  • Assist in processing payments including (making copies, scanning, mailing out checks and pay stubs, etc.).
  • Assist with conducting post-job check-ins with clients.
  • Maintain and update client files and start work documents (I9, W9, W4, etc.).
  • Assist with entering bookings and various tasks assigned by Agent Assistants as needed.
  • Maintain accurate financial records.
  • Learn the needs of the department and support where appropriate.
  • Miscellaneous administrative tasks as assigned.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Basic payroll and accounting knowledge, skills, or experience (entry level) required.
  • Experience with digital accounting, and/or digital preferred, but not required.
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in finance and accounting preferred.
  • Savvy in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Meticulous and accurate.

 

Compensation

$21/hour + Full Benefits
