About the Role

Gersh is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support a senior executive. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned agency assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to gain direct exposure to high-level client representation, deal flow, and talent strategy. We are looking for someone who has already built a strong foundation in the entertainment industry and is eager to take the next step in their career. Duties

  • Serve as a trusted partner to a senior executive, helping manage the day-to-day operations of a dynamic and high-volume talent desk.
  • Coordinate complex calendars, scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense reporting with precision and efficiency.
  • Manage high-volume communications, including phone calls, email correspondence, meeting coordination, and follow-up.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with casting executives, managers, attorneys, publicists, producers, and other industry professionals.
  • Prepare, track, and distribute talent submissions and materials for ongoing opportunities.
  • Coordinate auditions, meetings, and industry events while ensuring talent and client needs are prioritized.
  • Anticipate administrative and business needs, proactively identifying solutions and keeping priorities organized.
  • Maintain accurate records, databases, and project tracking systems in a fast-moving environment.
  • Act as a key liaison across internal departments and external partners to ensure seamless communication and execution.

 

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum 1 year of full-time experience within the entertainment industry; agency, management company, studio/network experience strongly preferred.
  • Previous experience supporting a busy desk in a talent representation environment is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated interest in pursuing a long-term career in talent representation and agency leadership.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the confidence to interact professionally with clients and industry executives.
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • Resourceful, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to remain composed and effective in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Commitment to learning, professional growth, and contributing to a collaborative team culture.
