Practice Opportunities:

• The Beaumont group is looking to add a 6th partner to join their incredibly successful group
• Initial $600k protected salary with partnership starting year 3 with earning potential up to $1M
• As a partner you will also receive equity that will vest over 3 years in the amount of $375k (with a portion held back for tax purposes)
• Bread and butter cases w/ high scope volumes
• NP's cover clinic call, while providers perform procedures and hospital call.
• Generous call pay
• Providers perform ERCP's with the group, they are willing to train if not experienced
• ASC attached to the Beaumont clinic
• Built in referral base - 3k in untouched referrals
• Great standing in community with high professional ratings
