Practice Model: 

• Private practice model - be your own boss!
• Protected salary with bonus potential for the first 2 years
• 3rd year partnership track with ASC ownership buy in potential, additional ancillary income, and restricted stock grant
• Good combination of general GI with wide open opportunities for advanced cases- good blend of clinic and hospital
• Shared call, currently 1:4, will be 1:5 with 5th provider joining
• Steady stream of advanced referrals from the broader General GI Team
