Why Flint is the Place to Be: Nestled in Mid-Michigan, Flint is a city defined by its incredible grit, artistic soul, and a "comeback kid" energy you won't find anywhere else. It’s a place where you can explore a world-class art gallery in the morning and grab a world-famous Coney dog by lunch. With a population of about 80,000, Flint is big enough to host major universities and festivals but small enough that your local barista will know your name.

What Flint Brings to the Table:
  • Affordability: Ranked as one of the most budget-friendly cities in the U.S., Flint lets your paycheck go further.
  • The Culture: A 30-acre Cultural Center that rivals big-city hubs with its planetarium and theaters.
  • The Community: A tight-knit population that takes pride in local revitalization and supporting small businesses.
  • Housing Variety: From historic manors in Woodcroft Estates to trendy downtown lofts and charming bungalows in the College Cultural neighborhood.
  • Schools & Universities: A true "college town" vibe with UM-Flint, Kettering University, and Mott Community College leading the way in innovation.
  • Job Market: Beyond its automotive roots, Flint is growing in healthcare, education, and social services.
Play Where You Stay: Culture seekers rejoice! The Flint Institute of Arts is a must-see, and the Flint Farmers’ Market is the heart of the city's food scene. Prefer the outdoors? With over 11,000 acres of parkland and the scenic Flint River, there’s plenty of room to hike, bike, and explore. Plus, events like "Back to the Bricks" turn downtown into a massive celebration of heritage.

Getting Around: Navigating the city is easy with the MTA transit system and Bishop International Airport nearby. Regarding water safety, while the city’s water has been consistently meeting safety standards since 2019, many residents choose to continue using filters or bottled water as the community works to fully restore long-term trust in the infrastructure.

In Summary: Flint isn’t just a place to live—it’s a place to be part of a story. Whether you’re drawn by the rock-bottom housing costs, the vibrant arts scene, or the chance to be part of a historic urban renewal, Flint offers a unique opportunity to build a life with purpose.

Patients Come First.
Every decision we make is anchored in strengthening patient care. Our physicians lead with a commitment to quality, access, and outcomes, and our shared infrastructure ensures they have the tools, data, and support to continually elevate care in every community we serve.

A Physician-Led Organization at Every Level.
Our model is built on physician leadership. Through our Physician Executive Committee, Regional Clinical Governance Boards, and Local Head Physicians, clinical decision-making remains with those who deliver care. This physician-led structure, supported by national-scale resources, preserves autonomy while strengthening specialty excellence.

True Partnership That Enables Physicians to Focus on Patients.
Instead of a traditional management model, we operate as a Management Services Organization (MSO). Our national infrastructure, which includes analytics, technology, revenue cycle, compliance, and operational support, reduces administrative burden so physicians can devote their time and expertise to patients. We enable, we support, and we align. We do not manage.

Outcomes Matter.
Our leadership is driven by the measurable value we deliver to physicians, practices, and patients. Our partnership-first approach, combined with data insights and operational strength, has fueled significant clinical, operational, and practice growth. As more top-tier physicians join our specialty-led ecosystem, we continue to expand access and raise the standard of specialty-care nationwide.
