- Garden City Clinic is located in the heart of Nassau County, Long Island
- Outpatient-focused practice model
- 4-day workweek (Monday–Friday schedule)
- No call, no weekends, and no holidays
- Guaranteed annual base salary plus a Work RVU bonus production model paid quarterly
