Job Description:
- Provide scheduled patient services under the direct supervision and responsibility of a physician in both a hospital & clinic setting
- Complete patient histories and physicals
- Determine tentative diagnosis and order appropriate laboratory tests
- Counsel the patient and family on health and disease
- Participate in all continuing education, training, and other requirements to remain in good standing for credentialing purposes at assigned medical facilities
- Work flexible schedule as dictated by business needs and operations
- Perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- State Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Urology experience preferred
Practice Profile:
- Clinic located in Freeport
- Outpatient-focused model
- Monday through Friday schedule with no call, weekends, or holidays!
- Average of 15-20 patients per full clinic day
- Guaranteed annual base salary PLUS a Work RVU bonus production model paid quarterly
