Position Summary:
The Member Success Associate is a key member of the Convening Recruitment team that serves as an important driver of member engagement, participation, and value delivery. This role is responsible for supporting the member experience across assigned programs and events by tracking engagement metrics, coordinating outreach and scheduling, supporting recruitment and registration efforts, and partnering cross-functionally to ensure members are connected to the right opportunities.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
Primary Job Duties:
- Coordinate and project manage weekly team meetings, including tracking follow-up items and reporting on member engagement and utilization metrics.
- Monitor member KPIs and participation trends to assess membership health and provide insights that support retention and attendance strategy.
- Support the execution of member engagement plans designed to increase participation across Academy programs and events.
- Lead event recruitment and registration efforts for in-person and virtual events, including attendee identification, outreach support, bio collection, hotel tracking, and registration tracking.
- Partner with Program Leads, Events, Account Management, Marketing, and other recruitment leads to support targeted recruitment campaigns for new, underrepresented, and strategic programs.
- Coordinate member calls and scheduling across health system invitees, ensuring a high-quality and responsive member experience.
- Maintain accurate member records, participation data, and reporting tools to ensure visibility into engagement activity and outcomes.
- Help identify opportunities to improve internal processes, member communications, and event-related workflows.
- Serve as a reliable day-to-day resource for internal stakeholders by helping manage logistics, follow-ups, and operational tasks tied to member success.
- Contribute to special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 1-2 years experience in a sales, marketing, project management, or customer-focused role
- Interest in the Healthcare Industry
- Ability to come into the office 2 days a week (hybrid opening)

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required talk and hear. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, and distance vision. The employee will be seated a majority of the time. The employee will be required to use computer screens all of time.

Salary Range
$55,000 - $55,000 USD
