
Commercial Lead - B2B Fulfilment Services- 12 Month Max Term Contract

We are currently on the look out for a Commercial Lead - B2B Fulfilment Services to join us on a 12 Month Max Term Contract. As a Commercial Lead - B2B fulfillment services, you will drive growth and expansion of our fulfilment services within THE ICONIC's platform ecosystem. You will identify and develop new business opportunities, ensuring our services meet the needs of partners and enhance customer satisfaction.
About the role:
- Lead and execute the commercial growth and business development strategy for THE ICONIC Fulfillment Services.
- Manage the business development pipeline for Fulfilled by THE ICONIC (FBI), converting leads into active partners.
- Develop, implement and maintain account management framework for FBI partners to ensure they succeed on and advocate for our services.
- Work with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and optimize FBI processes that enhance partner success and maximize THE ICONIC's profit and revenue.
- Conduct monthly FBI meetings to review performance, identify risks, and propose remediation actions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure platform operations meet user needs and scale appropriately.
- Support fulfillment, planning, and operations processes to ensure accurate and seamless FC capacity planning.
- Support growth through Lean Canvas and Business Cases for business investment when needed.
- Maintain competitive market positioning by staying informed on industry trends and emerging platform products; including building a presence at relevant industry events.
- Drive synergies and opportunities with the parent group, GFG, through relationship building and collaborative work practices.
- Inspire, develop, and lead the Platform Specialist - Fulfilment Services.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including product, marketing, operations and customer support to ensure FBI is meeting user needs and ICONIC platform scale requirements.
About you…
- Proven experience in B2B services business development / account management
- High commercial acumen with skills in financial planning and analytics to monitor performance and identify opportunities
- Excellent stakeholder communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Critical thinking and ability to assess detailed and big-picture business impacts.
- Strategic thinking and innovative sales and profit strategy development.
- Excellent organizational and self-motivation skills for business development planning.

- Experience with marketplace /fulfillment services
- Proven ability to justify and strategize future business opportunities.
