Our Operations team is the heart of our business, busy connecting our products to our customers in the most efficient way. They are spread across our large Fulfilment Centre, HQ and Production Hub. Their expertise covers Inventory, Inbound, Outbound, Delivery Experience, Fulfilment Strategy, Project Management, FC Analytics, Marketplace Operations and Vendor Management. 

What you’ll do

The Logistics Coordinator role sits within the  our Vendor Management Team which is the critical connector between Category Management and the Fulfilment Centre teams, and the go-to contacts for authoring contracts, managing vendor compliance, processing delivery bookings and ensuring international shipments are delivered in the most efficient way. This team exists to deliver world-class vendor onboarding and operational efficiencies. 

How You’ll Succeed

  • Operational Support: Ensure the day-to-day execution of logistics operations, including booking shipments, tracking deliveries, and resolving issues in transit.

  • Documentation and Compliance: Prepare and manage shipping documents such as bills of lading, customs declarations, and invoices to ensure regulatory compliance.

  • Vendor Coordination: Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, and other logistics providers to monitor shipment schedules and address delays or discrepancies.

  • Data Entry and Systems Management: Accurately update and maintain logistics systems with shipment details, ensuring real-time visibility for all stakeholders.

  • Issue Escalation: Identify and escalate logistics disruptions or issues promptly to ensure timely resolution and minimal impact on operations.

What it takes

  • 1 to 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Effective time management, with the ability to handle multiple jobs at once
  • Expertise in using logistics and supply chain management software to track shipments, manage documentation, and analyze data (Zendesk).
