Join THE ICONIC as our P&C Coordinator and play a crucial in ensuring a seamless employee experience across the entire employee lifecycle.

About the Role

  • Assist in managing data accuracy throughout the employee lifecycle, including collaboration with the broader P&C team and cross functional teams 
  • Organize and facilitate monthly onboarding sessions for all new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Deliver high-quality, customer-focused HR services to all employees, ensuring adherence to policy and procedural requirements.
  • Support the processing of P&C invoices and provide assistance to the P&C team and employees on various P&C processes.
  • Coordinate an iconic employee experience by supporting employees and their people leaders with enquires in a timely manner 
  • Work with the P&C team to coordinate and facilitate P&C team events
  • Assist in designing and embedding new people processes and policies.
  • Support P&C project initiatives and cyclical activities, such as merit review administration.

What Success Looks like…

  • Over 3 years experience in P&C Administration within medium-sized companies.
  • Prior experience with HRIS systems (Workday preferred).
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • A continuous improvement mindset.
  • High attention to detail, process and systems
