THE ICONIC is on the hunt for a dynamic Brand Manager to join our team and lead the charge in crafting unforgettable brand experiences! If you're passionate about creating meaningful connections and shaping the future of retail, we’d love to have you on board!
Within this role you will support the Senior Brand Manager and Director of Brand, Media &Comms in planning and delivering The ICONIC's Masterbrand and strategic brand moments with a focus on lifting brand health awareness, traffic (new customers & app) and community engagement.
About the role:
- Drive strategic brand initiatives with flair and creativity
- Planning & Execution- Assist in the development and implementation of the masterbrand campaign, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and objectives across all channels.
- Manage day to day relationships with agency partners on relevant projects.
- Brand / Partnership Activations: Plan and support execute small-mid scale brand activations that drive community engagement, contribute to brand awareness and drive potential commercial value. Working closely with broader team - PR / Events / Influencers/ Media/ Social & CRM
- Project Management: Oversee project timelines, brand and creative alignment, budgets, and resources to ensure successful campaign delivery on designated projects.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends and insights that inform brand strategy and campaign development.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
- Dive into data to uncover insights that fuel brand growth and innovation
- Manage budgets like a pro, ensuring every dollar makes an impact
- Manage Brand Activations coordinator workload and delivery
What it takes
- A passion for all things retail (it’s what we do)
- 3-4 years experience in a similar role in Brand Manager/Brand Activations/Marketing.
- Willing participant in a strong and supportive team environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Legal right to work in Australia
