Are you passionate about driving operational excellence and leveraging technology to optimise creative marketing processes? The Iconic is seeking a dynamic Operational Excellence Manager for our Creative Team to lead our creative operations, champion automation, and drive continuous improvement across our teams.

About the role..

  • Lead technical best practices for creative operations, developing and implementing strategies to boost efficiency.
  • Assess, implement, and manage workflow automation across the creative department, ensuring seamless collaboration with offshore partners.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Tech, Product, Insights) to align customer marketing priorities with wider business goals.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and a knowledge base to facilitate knowledge transfer.
  • Collaborate with tech partners to spearhead AI initiatives, staying ahead of industry trends and adopting a test-and-learn approach.
  • Conduct workflow assessments to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks, proposing and implementing process improvements.
  • Produce monthly production summary memos, including reviews of productivity, financial performance, and brand performance.
  • Provide regular volume updates for offshore teams, aligned with budget cycles.

What you’ll bring..

  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience tracking and reporting production metrics.
  • Proven problem-solving skills, especially in collaboration with engineering and security teams.
  • Experience with automation tools (e.g., App Script) and a passion for driving AI adoption.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and partner across teams.
  • Experience developing and optimising workflows and systems, especially in creative or marketing environments.
