ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM:
At WeddingPro, we’re on a mission to connect wedding vendors with engaged couples through our marketplaces. Our Vendor Marketing Team is all about growing demand and building lasting partnerships with wedding vendors in our marketplace.
We're looking for an Experiential Marketing Operations Lead to join our Vendor Brand and Community team to help manage our in person, digital, and industry event performance and marketing efforts. In this role, you'll streamline operations, and ensure our experiential marketing efforts drive real impact—whether that’s through engagement, brand awareness, or lead generation. Every event, activation, and experience you help create will be thoughtfully designed to align with our broader business goals and deliver measurable results.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supports a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy that aligns with broader company goals
- Plans, coordinates and executes end-to-end logistics for our digital events program
- Facilitates the demand generation strategy for both in-person and digital events, enhancing the conversion of event attendees and ensuring the achievement of event-specific goals
- Supports multi-channel event promotion strategies, in collaboration with events producer, including promotional timeline and creative deliverables
- Tracks and analyzes event performance, attendee engagement, and lead generation metrics
- Creates post-event reports and actionable insights to improve future events while maintaining accurate records of event results and contributions to broader marketing goals
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to design event strategy and programming, including booking and collaborating with speakers to create valuable content that engages attendees and build necessary content information such as agenda development, takeaways, speaker descriptions, presentations, speaker bios and photos
- Negotiates legal contracts and serves as liaison between event speakers and internal staff leading up to and during events
- Partners with stakeholders to operationalize internal speaker presentation development, prep and timelines
- Operationalizes process for educator program communication and information sharing with the group
- Support onsite execution of the in person events and experiences
- Occasional travel required
SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES HAVE:
- Proven marketing and events experience: 5+ years experience in executing event campaigns that drive product adoption and build brand awareness, ideally within the wedding industry
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills: Extremely strong relationship builder, able to communicate effectively internally and externally. Creates buy-in amongst many different teams and has extraordinary attention to detail in crafting thoughtful communications
- Strong project management skills: No one can keep track of details like you can. You love bringing a project to life, but even more so, you love making sure all the puzzle pieces fit together perfectly (and at the right time!)
- Ability to mindset shift: Has the creative vision to plan and achieve the big picture while translating those big picture ideas into reality
- Accountability focused: You are data-obsessed and love to constantly optimize performance and find ways to measure the impact & magic of events
- Passionate about small businesses: You understand the wins and woes of owning a small business and wake up every day ready to help small businesses get to the next level
