The Junior Salesforce Administrator is a key resource for System Maintenance and troubleshooting, as well as helping deliver projects which are based in, and/or impact, our Salesforce and related systems. The Junior Salesforce Administrator is primarily responsible for Administration tasks for Salesforce and related systems, including but not limited to Data loads and migrations, Access management, and front-line support. This individual will work both closely with the Development/Amin team as well as the Business Analyst team as a primary resource for support. Further, the Junior Salesforce Administrator will work with other team members as needed to deliver ticketed Project work.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • You will work directly with both team and off-team resources to execute System tasks including but not limited to Access/User Management, data maintenance, and scheduled Jobs
  • You will work with other team members to understand and maintain Integrations to and from Salesforce and other Enterprise systems 
  • You’ll take an active role in monitoring system health and performance, watching for opportunities to increase stability and measurability.
  • You will be involved in discussions both internal and external to the team, with the goal of learning from those discussions to further understand and solution the problem at hand.
  • You are encouraged to challenge assumptions at all times, if you feel there is a better solution that is realistic
  • You will be a primary Point of contact for ongoing support, including scheduled data maintenance

SUCCESSFUL Junior Salesforce Administrator CANDIDATES HAVE:

  • Working level knowledge of Salesforce and its various Clouds (Sales, Marketing, Revenue, Data, etc). 
  • Salesforce Admin certification is highly recommended.Working knowledge of platform and other tools for maintenance, loading, and debugging (for example, dataloader.io or similar, Salesforce Inspector, etc)
  • General knowledge of other TKWW systems which SF interacts with, and an enthusiasm for learning these systems
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments and stakeholders to ensure tasks are being completed in a highly accurate and timely manner
  • Communication skills to participate in meetings with both internal and external people
