
RevOps Senior Optimization Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM:
The Revenue Operations Optimization Senior Manager will lead the RevOps Projects team, currently composed of four members, driving operational workstreams aligned with company priorities. This role is pivotal in optimizing processes, enhancing efficiency, and leading transformation initiatives that support the company’s operational excellence.
You will be responsible for strategically managing resources, guiding a high-performing team, and ensuring seamless execution of projects that improve scalability, efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration. Your leadership will help shape the future of Revenue Operations, ensuring that initiatives are aligned with the company’s growth objectives and operational strategy.
As part of the Global Operations Excellence team, you will play a critical role in standardizing best practices, fostering innovation, and driving measurable improvements across all RevOps functions in all our regions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, mentor, and develop the RevOps Projects team, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Set clear goals, priorities, and expectations while providing strategic guidance and coaching.
- Promote collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and continuous learning within the team.
Operational Efficiency & Process Optimization
- Drive the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of scalable operational processes.
- Identify inefficiencies, remove bottlenecks, and implement sustainable solutions that enhance productivity.
- Monitor and measure the impact of process improvements, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Strategic Project Execution
- Oversee the execution of critical RevOps projects, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define and execute strategic initiatives that improve revenue operations efficiency.
- Provide visibility into project progress, risks, and impact through clear reporting and communication.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Act as a strategic partner with other leaders to align on operational goals, within the Revenue Organization but also with other teams such as Marketing, Finance, Legal, Tech, etc.
- Ensure strong cross-team coordination, facilitating alignment on objectives, priorities, and execution.
- Advocate for RevOps efficiency needs in enterprise-wide initiatives and process transformations.
Data-Driven Decision Making & Performance Management
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational efficiency and project success.
- Leverage data insights to drive informed decision-making and continuous process improvements.
- Ensure all initiatives are rooted in analytics and measurable impact, driving operational effectiveness.
Change Management & Scaling Best Practices
- Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Standardize best practices across Revenue Operations, ensuring consistency and scalability.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with operational transformations.
SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES HAVE:
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the proven ability to inspire and develop teams.
- Strong expertise in process optimization, operational efficiency, and project management.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working cross-functionally.
- Ability to translate business needs into operational strategies and drive execution at scale.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in KPI tracking, reporting, and performance measurement.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in fast-paced environments.
- Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
- A collaborative, adaptable, and proactive mindset, focused on driving impact and efficiency.
