Siamo un team di 80 venditori che amano le vendite. La posizione che offriamo non è quella di un semplice venditore: cerchiamo una persona che fornisca una consulenza personalizzata, con l’obiettivo di costruire relazioni di lungo termine con i fornitori. Come marketplace leader nel settore dei matrimoni, siamo il punto di riferimento per le aziende che operano in questo settore. Ciò ci consente di adottare un approccio di vendita consulenziale, non solo consigliando ai clienti campagne personalizzate, ma anche formandoli in strategie di marketing e vendita per aiutarli a far crescere la loro attività.
RESPONSABILITÀ:
- Acquisizione di nuovi clienti: acquisizione di nuovi clienti già presenti sulla piattaforma in un formato gratuito, a cui offriamo l'upselling a premium.
- Gestione ed espansione del portafoglio clienti assegnato nelle zone del Friuli Venezia Giulia, Treviso e Belluno
- Formazione e consulenza ai clienti acquisiti
CANDIDATI DI SUCCESSO HANNO:
- Residente nella zona di competenza (Friuli Venezia Giulia o Treviso)
- Esperienza minima: 3 anni nel settore delle vendite e gestione clienti B2B/B2C (new business, fidelizzazione e gestione dei clienti)
- Abilità commerciale e comprovata capacità di negoziazione
- Eccellenti capacità di ascolto e comunicazione
- Altamente orientato ai risultati, determinato e motivato dal lavoro di squadra
- Una forte passione per le vendite e un approccio proattivo al feedback e al miglioramento continuo
- Automunito
- Conoscenza madrelingua dell'italiano e fluente conoscenza dell'inglese
