ABOUT THE ROLE AND THE TEAM:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Field Sales Manager, you will lead the management of our field sales team in the assigned region. You will be responsible for driving market development and growth in this area.

Your team’s mission will be to prospect and engage professional clients (e.g., caterers, event venues, etc.) who wish to join our company, the leading player in the wedding industry. Once these businesses are fully onboarded, your role will shift to developing new partnerships and ensuring client retention.

  • Manage a team of 5+ sales representatives.
  • Provide daily guidance and support to the account managers in each region.
  • Conduct regular visits to each sales representative to accompany client meetings.
  • As a leader, assess and develop the skills of your team members.
  • Provide regular reporting on team performance and results.
  • Manage an existing B2B client portfolio.
  • Support your team in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Share best sales practices and strategies with your team.

SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES HAVE:

  • A background in sales or business management.
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role, with team management experience.
  • Native or bilingual in Spanish, with fluent English.
  • Strong leadership experience with a proven track record in managing sales teams.
  • Results-oriented with a strong focus on achieving objectives while maintaining an empathetic approach.
  • Proficient in Excel, with the ability to work with dynamic spreadsheets.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability to navigate various situations.
  • Passionate about digital marketing, with knowledge of its key principles and fundamentals.
  • Ideally based in a flexible location, with the ability to travel across the region.
