ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM:

The highly motivated and enablement focused Senior Talent Management Specialist is the backbone of our Talent Management initiatives, ensuring our global teams have the knowledge, resources, and support they need to excel. You will orchestrate the seamless execution of our talent programs, from managing the logistics of our talent initiatives to leveraging data to enhance our training effectiveness. This position is ideal for a proactive customer-centric problem solver who is passionate about creating efficient systems, using a data-driven approach to providing insights, fostering a culture of continuous learning, and empowering others to succeed.
This role is instrumental in shaping and executing key talent initiatives—ranging from performance management and leadership development to onboarding—all designed to enhance team effectiveness and cultivate a high-performance culture. You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, ensuring operational excellence through up-to-date SOPs, thorough audits, and well-organized resources. Your ability to work seamlessly across regions, cultures, and perspectives allows you to bring a global mindset to everything you do.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Operational Excellence & Program Management
    • Manage all logistical aspects of our talent management and learning programs, including scheduling, participant communication, and resource coordination, to ensure a smooth and engaging experience for all
    • Facilitate engaging and informative new hire orientation sessions across virtual, hybrid, and in-person settings, providing a foundational understanding of our company, our culture, tools, and processes to set our newest team members up for success from day one
    • Manage relationships with external vendors, ensuring they meet our quality standards and logistical requirements to deliver impactful learning experiences
    • Take ownership of key enablement projects, from planning and execution to tracking progress and reporting on outcomes, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals
    • Support ad hoc projects and complete administrative tasks as needed
  • Systems & Content Management
    • Act as the primary content manager for our company intranet, "KnotSpot," ensuring all Talent Management-related information is current, easily accessible, and effectively organized to serve as a central source of truth
    • Take charge of our Learning Management System (LMS), "Continu," by uploading and organizing training materials, managing user access, and ensuring the platform runs smoothly to support self-paced and structured learning
    • Provide first-line technical and operational assistance for all talent management systems and programs, troubleshooting issues to ensure uninterrupted access to learning resources
  • Data-Driven & Stakeholder-Focused Enablement
    • Leverage data from our LMS and other sources to generate actionable insights into the effectiveness of our programs, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement
    • Approach all challenges with a customer-centric lens, actively seeking to understand the needs of our internal teams and developing solutions that empower them to overcome obstacles and achieve their goals
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across various departments and global regions, ensuring our initiatives are aligned with their needs and priorities
    • Maintain a global mindset in all aspects of your work, ensuring our resources and programs are relevant, accessible, and effectively aligned to support our teams worldwide
  • Global Program Delivery & Collaboration
    • Lead and facilitate a wide variety of workshops and trainings across the organization in multiple formats (virtual, in-person, hybrid)
    • Collaborate on the design and implementation of engaging training content aligned with our strategic goals
    • Partner with global stakeholders to execute high-impact learning and talent initiatives
    • Dive into ad-hoc projects and provide tactical support where needed to drive the team’s success
SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES HAVE:
  • 5+ years experience in talent management, learning & development, organizational development, project management or other related fields; Bachelors degree preferred
  • Proven Operational Excellence: Demonstrated experience in an operational support or coordination role, with a knack for managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Systems Savvy: Proficiency in managing and administering learning management systems (LMS); familiarity with LumApps SaaS and Continu LMS is a plus
  • Project Management Acumen: Solid project management skills, with a proven ability to lead projects from conception to completion
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed recommendations to improve program effectiveness and drive business impact
  • Customer-centric Problem-solving: A customer-centric approach to problem-solving, with the ability to diagnose issues and implement effective solutions
  • Outstanding Collaboration Skills: The ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels and across different cultures, fostering strong collaborative relationships
  • Proactive & Resourceful: A self-starter with a global mindset who can anticipate needs, align resources effectively, and take initiative to drive projects forward
  • Passion for Enablement: A genuine interest in talent management and learning and development with a desire to empower others to reach their full potential
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus
  • Proficient in Google Suite and collaboration tools such as Zoom, Teams, or Google wouldWorkspace
  • Experience in facilitating training or orientation sessions is a plus

WORK MODEL:

This role is Together@TKWW-eligible and based near one of our office hubs. Starting September 15, 2025, you’ll be expected to work in the office two days a week as part of our hybrid work model.
