
Senior Manager, Data Warehousing

At TKWW we are looking for a Senior Manager, Data Warehousing & BI to lead and scale our data warehouse and BI capabilities as part of the Data Platform team. This is a highly strategic and technical leadership role where you’ll build a state-of-the-art data warehousing architecture to support core business operations, analytics, and product development.
In this role, you’ll collaborate cross-functionally with data engineers, BI engineers, ML engineers, software developers, and business stakeholders to set the standards, architecture, and processes for a scalable, future-proof data platform. Your work will be foundational to driving insights, powering automation, and enabling an exceptional digital experience for our users.
- Lead the vision, strategy, and execution for both the TKWW’s data warehouse infrastructure and BI infrastructure.
- Architect, design, and evolve a modern data warehouse ecosystem that scales with business growth.
- Establish and enforce data modeling, documentation, and quality standards across teams.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and analytics teams to build core datasets and reporting layers.
- Partner with business stakeholders to deliver accurate, actionable reporting and self-serve capabilities.
- Mentor and grow a high-performing team of data engineers focused on warehousing and data modeling.
- Drive adoption of best-in-class tools, processes, and technologies in the data platform space (e.g., dbt, Airflow, Snowflake, etc.).
- Ensure strong governance, performance, and reliability across the data warehouse.
- Lead initiatives to improve the accessibility, usability, and trustworthiness of company data.
- Lead the end-to-end Business Intelligence (BI) ecosystem, including infrastructure, executive reporting, data quality, governance, and tool management (observability, metrics layer, BI platform, data catalog).
- Drive operational excellence and cost efficiency across data platforms, ensuring scalable, high-quality analytics aligned with business prioritie
- 8+ years of experience in data engineering, BI, or data architecture, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
- Deep expertise in cloud data warehouses like Snowflake and modern data stacks (dbt, Airflow, Airbyte, etc.).
- Strong understanding of dimensional modeling, ETL best practices, and data governance.
- Proven ability to architect scalable, maintainable, and high-performance data environments.
- Experience delivering high-impact reporting and analytics solutions to business and product teams.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally at all levels.
- Passion for building and enabling great teams, and for shaping the future of data at scale.
- Experience managing modern BI tools at scale, supporting self-service capabilities, such as Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, etc.
WORK MODEL
This role is Together@TKWW-eligible and based near one of our office hubs. Starting September 15, 2025, you’ll be expected to work in the office two days a week as part of our hybrid work model.
