ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM

We're hiring an Influencer Manager to architect and own smart, data-backed creator programs from strategy through execution. This role is a rare blend of strategic operator and magnetic relationship-builder. Reporting to the Director of Social & Influencer, you'll translate vision and budget into modern initiatives that punch above spend, prove business value, and keep The Knot on the leading edge of influencer marketing.

You're a creative thinker, disciplined operator, and persuasive communicator who brings the cultural fluency and charisma necessary to identify, captivate, and close deals with the creators everyone wants

Our program is fast-moving and scaling, encompassing diversified partnership types (e.g., sponsored, license-only, allowlisting, affiliates, co-creations). You'll build our top-of-the-line engine: the pipeline, briefs, deals, production calendars, and measurement that enable us to grow quality and impact at pace. Success means repeatable, high-ROI programs, valuable assets for paid media, and influencers who view The Knot as their most valued and enthusiastic partner.

Program Architecture & Delivery

  • Establish and deploy scalable operational standards (e.g., streamlined rate cards, comprehensive briefs, usage policies) that ensure predictable quality and scalable impact.
  • Drive flawless execution by managing end-to-end project ownership, including briefing, content review, and payment, ensuring all campaigns are delivered on time, on target for results and within budget.
  • Maintain rigorous oversight of content rights and marketing usage, enabling the effective repurposing of creative across all paid and owned channels to maximize asset life and return.
  • Ensure full compliance with all brand safety, legal, and FTC disclosure guidelines, protecting the integrity of our program and partners.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for crisis management related to influencer content or conduct, quickly deploying solutions to protect brand equity and partner relationships.

  • Validate channel value with hard data, collaborating with Analyst and Data Science on sophisticated attribution modeling to accurately measure impact, maximize ROI, and provide defensible business value.
  • Elevate internal strategic intelligence by translating performance insights into scalable playbooks and presenting next-cycle tests (e.g., hooks, formats, creators) to cross-functional teams.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
