The experienced and impassioned Product Manager (you!) will help set the strategic direction of the product strategy and create features that simplify the wedding planning process for couples. You will bring entrepreneurial spirit, creative problem solving and user-centric design thinking to our team to build new products from minimally viable experiments to iterating and scaling existing products. You will work closely alongside engineering, design and other key business partners and report to the VP of Product Management.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Example:- You are responsible for executing marketing campaigns, including day-to-day cross-functional project management, copywriting, and design coordination, to drive new member sign-ups and current member upgrades.
- You communicate effectively with Sales and Customer Experience teams in response to their inquiries and about key B2B initiatives, through email and Salesforce Chatter.
- You thoroughly and regularly analyze campaign results, share key learnings, and make recommendations about future growth opportunities.
- You assist in the creation of materials, trainings, case studies, and collateral to support local Sales to convert new and non-members to upgraded memberships.
- You support ad hoc B2B programs, including member education, awards programs, events, and other member communications.

This role is based in our Galway office. To support onboarding and team integration, you’ll work onsite five days a week for the first 3–6 months. After this initial period, the standard schedule will transition to a hybrid model of three in-office days per week - Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
