ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM:

We are looking for a thoughtful, reliable, and detail-oriented Trust & Safety Analyst to join our growing Trust & Safety Operations team. In this role, you’ll work on the front lines of safety operations — investigating reports, enforcing policies, and supporting a trusted user experience across The Knot and WeddingWire platforms.

This is an ideal role for someone early in their Trust & Safety career who thrives in a mission-driven environment and is eager to learn how platforms manage risk and protect users at scale.

Trust & Safety Analysts are essential to day-to-day execution of safety workflows. From responding to user reports and reviewing content, to identifying harmful behavior and ensuring policy compliance, your work directly impacts user safety, brand reputation, and operational performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review user-generated content, reports, and account activity to identify and address safety and policy violations.
• Apply platform guidelines consistently and accurately to determine enforcement outcomes.
• Resolve user escalations and safety tickets within established SLAs and quality benchmarks.
• Escalate complex or ambiguous cases to senior team members or leads for review.
• Maintain clear, consistent documentation of decisions and case activity.
• Identify trends or anomalies in casework and flag potential issues to operations leads.
• Support testing of new workflows, tools, or guidelines as the platform evolves.

SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES HAVE:

• 1–2 years of experience in Trust & Safety, content moderation, customer support, risk operations, or a related function.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and consistency.
• Comfort with repetitive tasks and queue-based workflows.
• Excellent written communication skills, especially in sensitive or high-stakes contexts.
• Ability to apply policies to real-world situations with fairness and clarity.
• Experience using ticketing tools or moderation platforms (e.g., Zendesk, proprietary tools).
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a distributed team.

WORK MODEL:

This role is Together@TKWW-eligible and based near one of our office hubs. You’ll be expected to work in the office two days a week as part of our hybrid work model.
