About the Role and Team
The Knot Worldwide is seeking a passionate Marketing CRM Automation Manager to join our International CRM team. This role is ideal for a technically-minded marketer who enjoys bringing customer journeys to life through automation, personalization, and data-driven communication strategies.
As a key member of the CRM team, you will help build and execute customer journeys, campaigns, and automated programs across email, push notifications, SMS, and in-app messaging for our international brands and markets. You will work closely with CRM Strategy, Product, Analytics, and Marketing teams to deliver highly personalized experiences that engage and guide couples throughout their wedding planning journey.
The ideal candidate combines strong marketing instincts with hands-on technical expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Braze and is excited to grow their CRM automation and lifecycle marketing skills in a fast-paced, global environment.

Responsibilities- Build, launch, and optimize customer journeys, campaigns, and automations across email, push, SMS, and in-app messaging using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Braze.
- Develop and execute personalized, data-driven CRM programs, including behavioral triggers, lifecycle journeys, and automated engagement campaigns.
- Leverage customer data, Data Extensions, SQL, and audience segmentation to enable sophisticated targeting, personalization, and campaign execution.
- Utilize HTML, AMPScript, and/or Liquid to build, modify, and personalize CRM communications and templates.
- Partner closely with CRM Strategy Managers to brainstorm, build, and bring customer lifecycle campaigns and trigger-based programs to life.
- Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests across campaigns, journeys, and customer experiences to drive continuous optimization and performance improvements.
- Monitor campaign, channel, audience, and segment performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve engagement, conversion, and customer experience.
- Build and maintain reporting to measure campaign effectiveness and support data-driven decision making.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Brand Partnerships, Data Engineering, Martech, and CRM Operations teams to support new initiatives, launches, and customer engagement strategies.
- Serve as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Braze subject matter expert, helping support campaign execution and best practices across multiple international markets.
- 3–5+ years of experience in CRM marketing automation, including building, testing, and deploying email, push, SMS, and in-app messaging campaigns.
- 1–3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Braze, including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Data Extensions, audience segmentation, and campaign orchestration.
- Working knowledge of SQL, HTML/CSS, AMPScript and/or Liquid for campaign development, personalization, and automation.
- Experience building and optimizing customer journeys, triggered campaigns, and lifecycle marketing programs across multiple CRM channels.
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, deliverability, and compliance requirements, including CAN-SPAM regulations.
- Experience designing, executing, and analyzing A/B tests to improve customer engagement and campaign performance.
- Ability to work with complex customer datasets to develop targeted audience segments and personalized customer experiences.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across Marketing, Product, Analytics, Engineering, and Operations teams.
- A proactive, curious, and solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for learning, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Experience working in a global organization or supporting multiple brands and markets is a plus.

This role is Together@TKWW-eligible and based near one of our office hubs. You’ll be expected to work in the office two days a week as part of our hybrid work model.
