Are you chronically online? Do you love finding new trends?As an Impact Lab Resident, you'll work with the team in creating buzz-worthy work for our clients. You’ll learn the ins and outs of media relations efforts and cultural insights monitoring, use your Influencer knowledge for social media and digital marketing initiatives, and support successful program executions and day-to-day implementation. You will work alongside your Resident Lead to proactively identify and pinpoint cultural moments for our clients to capitalize on. You’ll learn and craft ongoing, insightful competitive reports and project monitoring plans for clients and our industry’s trends to keep us on top of what’s hot out in the world. Cultural research will play a huge part of your growth journey. You will grow your existing storytelling talent. Through the development of news releases, reporter briefing sheets, supporting social content, and other press materials, you’ll learn how to both impact and amplify culture through words. This position will report directly to the Cultural Impact Lab Resident Lead.

  • Can speak to or show some tangible experience in how this residency program relates specifically to your long-term career goals in the advertising industry, and specifically PR/Influencer.
  • Push yourself beyond the obvious and ask “why” and “what if?”
  • Are a great communicator (both written and conversationally), and collaborator across Departments.
  • Enjoy the work of analyzing cultural trends and identifying culture-impacting opportunities relevant to client business — this is digging into consumer behavior to uncover subcultures, picking up on new trends, etc.
  • Can work independently, shaping and delivering on your own projects and tracking/proving their success.
  • Are a good mix of curious, driven, responsible, accountable, and tech-savvy.
