About the Role

The Delegate Acquisition Sales Executive plays a key role in the success of Millennium Alliance events. Our delegates — senior executives from Fortune 500 and enterprise organizations — are at the center of the experience we create for our clients.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and building relationships with C-level and senior leaders across multiple industries to attend Millennium Alliance events. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with senior executives, building relationships, and working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and qualify senior executive prospects from Fortune 500 and enterprise organizations

  • Develop and execute outreach strategies for each assigned event through phone, email, and social engagement

  • Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and senior decision makers

  • Meet and exceed weekly and quarterly delegate acquisition targets

  • Manage client communications and respond to inquiries regarding event programs, schedules, and speaking opportunities

  • Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Business Development, Events, Travel, and Production to support event execution

  • Partner with the Product team to help shape innovative and engaging event agendas

  • Maintain accurate records and activity tracking through internal CRM and sales tools

  • Conduct market research to identify potential delegates and new target organizations

  • Prepare and maintain delegate sales materials and outreach messaging

  • Support the organization and execution of a minimum of three Millennium Alliance events per year

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Experience engaging with C-level or senior executives, ideally within Fortune 500 organizations

  • Background in sales, business development, or client relationship management preferred

  • Experience selling or engaging within industries such as IT, Cybersecurity, Human Resources, Retail, Healthcare, Marketing, or Supply Chain is a plus

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills, including phone outreach and written communication

  • Ability to research markets, identify opportunities, and build strong professional relationships

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through

Compensation is determined based on role and location and may consist of base salary and additional incentive compensation, including commission, or bonus, where applicable.

Total Compensation

$60,000 - $65,000 USD
