Summary:
The MJ Companies is looking for ambitious, self-motivated interns who are eager to gain hands-on experience across various business functions. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work in dynamic teams and explore different facets of the company, including benefits administration, risk management, analytics, human resources, marketing, and more. Essential Functions:

• Gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s operations, including our brand identity, customer base, business goals, and service offerings.
• Collaborate with different departments such as Benefits, Risk Management, HR, Analytics, and Marketing, offering a well-rounded exposure to key business functions.
• Participate in a rotational program (where applicable) to explore roles in various divisions and provide fresh ideas to enhance and grow the business.
• Take ownership of business-focused projects, researching industry trends, proposing innovative ideas, and presenting solutions to senior leadership at the end of the internship.
• Engage with clients to deliver top-tier service and contribute to sales or client retention efforts.
• Offer recommendations to management for improving internal processes and customer-facing services to enhance the overall experience for our clients.
• Contribute to strategic business initiatives by developing new solutions to streamline operational processes and recommending adjustments to key business areas.
