Client Executive, Personal Lines
Essential Functions
+ Respond to Client/Carrier/Vendor/Mortgage Company inquiries/requests, document client service activities in the agency management system
+ Follows business unit guidelines to market accounts once client needs have been identified
+ Assist with the preparation of monthly new and lost business report; production summary for new and lost business, lost business analysis, premium listing for Accounting
+ Develop and maintain productive relationships with key Carrier staff; attend Carrier functions and planning meetings; promote optimum utilization of Carrier websites; monitor coverage issues with Carriers
+ Work with carrier appointed claim professionals on significant and/or severe claims; report claims to appropriate carrier and/or BMV
Technical Functions
+ Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Products: Excel, Word, Outlook
Required Education
+ 3-5 years of personal lines insurance experience in an insurance agency is preferred
+ Demonstrated skills: sense of urgency, detail-oriented, excellent organizational and time management skills
+ Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaborate among the team daily and contribute to MJ’s culture.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills; professional presentation
