Business Applications Developer
ABOUT THE JOB:
The MJ Companies are seeking a seeking a skilled Business Applications Developer to support the development and optimization of customer relationship management (CRM) systems and lead data integration initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Dataverse, with a passion for designing and implementing low-code/no-code solutions. This role involves automating workflows, improving business processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, scalable solutions that align with the company's goals.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Technical Development and Solution Support:
- CRM Development: Assist in designing and implementing CRM systems using Microsoft Dynamics 365 to streamline customer management processes.
- Power Platform Support: Help develop applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse, deploying solutions that meet business needs.
- Single Source of Truth Applications: Support the maintenance of applications that centralize business intelligence and operational data for improved decision-making.
- Workflow Automation: Assist in automating workflows using Power Automate to improve team efficiency.
Data Integration & Governance Support:
- Data Integration Assistance: Collaborate with teams to centralize data across business units, ensuring accurate and seamless data flow between systems.
- Data Governance: Support the implementation of data governance practices to ensure accuracy, consistency, and security in centralized data solutions.
- Process Improvement: Work with teams to identify and implement operational improvements through low-code/no-code platforms.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with business leaders to understand their needs and assist in delivering technical solutions that align with business objectives.
- Support Business Transformation: Contribute to digital transformation initiatives by assisting in data centralization and integration efforts.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or relevant certifications/experience).
- 5 years of experience in a related role or strong academic background in relevant fields
TECHNICAL FUNCTIONS:
- Foundational knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), and Dataverse.
- Strong interest in CRM systems, data integration, and workflow automation.
- Problem-solving mindset, with a passion for improving business processes.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and communicate technical information clearly.
