Our Population Health + Wellness team is seeking a dedicated professional to join our growing, elite group tasked to drive progressive thinking in how we understand the health risks within employer groups, measure the effectiveness of innovative solutions and make tactical and strategic recommendations on business issues. We partner with our clients to understand their strategy and deliver unique solutions to address the risks within their population.

The Wellness Coordinator will also be tasked in further developing and outseeing the population health and wellness deliverable. This includes collaborating and building strong and trusting relationships with team members as well as key business partners. Along with working collaboratively and cross-functionally to achieve objectives while communicating with energy and positivity to motivate, influence, and inspire commitment and action.

JOB DESCRIPTION

+Works in close conjunction with Employee Benefit Producers, Health Risk Management Team, Account Managers to act as a consultant to clients; actively partners with client to understand wellness needs and develop a wellness strategy in alignment with company goals

+ Independently develops and markets wellness education and strategies to clients and prospects; establishes wellness committees and implement wellness programs onsite for the client and facilitates services with appropriate vendors

+ Provides dedicated onsite training to client staff to run wellness programs

+ Creates reports that demonstrate and measure overall wellness program participation and effectiveness

+ Develops marketing and promotional materials tailored to specific client populations

+ Designs and delivers workshops and wellness roundtables, as well as procures external health care subject matter experts to present learning sessions, select topics and facilitate discussion

 

TECHNICAL FUNCTIONS

+Proficiency in MS Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

 

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

+Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a related field of study (e.g., Public Health, Exercise Physiology, Health Promotion, Nutrition, etc.)

+2+ years’ experience in fields related to health and wellbeing preferred 

+2+ years’ experience in a corporate environment preferred

+ Proven customer service and problem-solving skills; creative, energetic, enthusiastic, driven

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to develop client-ready reports and presentations

+ Demonstrated skills: detail-oriented, excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to multi-task; professional presentation

 

JOB LOCATION

  • Phoenix, Arizona (hybrid- onsite 3 days/week)
