Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Insight Specialist to join our team and transform raw HR data into actionable business insights. This role combines technical expertise with storytelling skills to create compelling reports and presentations that drive strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build comprehensive HR reports using data from HRIS, people management systems, and compensation tools
• Create visually compelling presentations with charts and dashboards that clearly communicate data insights
• Learn and master our existing HR technology stack to extract meaningful metrics
• Analyze workforce trends, compensation data, and employee lifecycle metrics
• Collaborate with HR leadership to identify key performance indicators and reporting needs
• Develop standardized reporting templates and processes for consistent data delivery
• Present findings to leadership teams with clear recommendations and actionable insights

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in HR analytics, business intelligence, or data analysis
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, complex formulas, macros, and data modeling
• Strong presentation skills with experience creating executive-level slide decks
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis
• Proven ability to quickly learn new software systems and tools
• Work hours–7 am to 4:00 pm Philippines time or 4 pm to 1:00 am Los Angeles time (*will be adjusted during Daylight Saving Time)

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of SQL for database queries
• Experience with data visualization tools (PowerBI, Sigma, or advanced Excel charting)
• Background in compensation analysis and benchmarking
• Project management experience

Salary Range: $470 - $800
