PARTNERSHIPS COORDINATOR

Reports to: Director of Marketing

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Partnerships Coordinator to join the Marketing team at Million Dollar Baby Co., the parent company behind Babyletto, Namesake, and DaVinci. This role is the connective tissue between our brands, our creator partners, and the cross-functional teams that bring campaigns to life.

You’ll own the day-to-day of our influencer and UGC partnerships — sourcing creators who genuinely fit our brands, building relationships that go beyond transactional gifting, and making sure every collaboration delivers content that meets our creative standards. You’ll also serve as a key liaison for press inquiries and best-seller content needs across the portfolio.

The right person for this role is equal parts relationship builder and detail keeper — someone who can negotiate a rate, write a compelling brief, and follow through on every logistical thread without dropping a beat.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Partnerships & Creator Management

  • Source, vet, and build a pipeline of on-brand creators across Babyletto and Namesake, with a sharp eye for aesthetic and audience fit
  • Develop and send detailed briefs that guide creators toward high-performing, brand-aligned content
  • Negotiate deliverables, rates, and usage rights — balancing budget discipline with fair, relationship-forward terms
  • Manage the full lifecycle of each partnership: outreach, contracting, product send-outs, content review, and payment coordination
  • Review all submitted content against brief and brand standards before it goes live
  • Own and organize the UGC asset library — archiving, tagging, and surfacing evergreen content for repurposing

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with the growth marketing team to align creator content with paid performance needs and surface top-performing assets
  • Lead the growth marketing content grid and recommend high-performing UGC for ad creative
  • Represent the partnerships function in Growth Content Alignment Meetings
  • Coordinate with brand and DTC teams on priority SKUs each season to ensure creator coverage of key products

Best-Seller & Always-On Content

  • Track best-sellers across channels and maintain a running hero product list
  • Brief the creative team on content needs for top-performing products and flag coverage gaps before they impact performance
  • Proactively surface seasonal best-seller opportunities to the broader marketing team

Press Support

  • Own incoming press request management across Babyletto, Namesake, and DaVinci
  • Maintain and oversee the press tracker via Google Analytics
  • Serve as the point of contact between the marketing team and PR agency — providing product information, brand context, and timely support

WHO YOU ARE

  • A natural relationship builder — you earn trust quickly and maintain it through consistent follow-through and clear communication
  • An excellent written and verbal communicator who can shift tone between a creator DM, an internal brief, and a press response without missing a beat
  • Detail-obsessed when it comes to contracts, timelines, and deliverables — nothing slips through the cracks
  • You have a trained eye for brand fit: you can look at a creator’s feed and immediately sense whether they align with Babyletto’s elevated, design-forward aesthetic or Namesake’s heritage warmth
  • Comfortable negotiating — you can advocate for the brand’s budget while keeping the relationship healthy
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented: you flag issues early and come with a plan, not just a problem
  • Genuinely interested in the creator and influencer space — you follow trends, know the platforms, and understand what makes content perform

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, PR coordination, or a related field
  • Experience managing creator or influencer relationships, including outreach, negotiation, and content approvals
  • Familiarity with influencer platforms (e.g., ShopMy, CreatorIQ, Aspire, or similar)
  • Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple projects and timelines simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace; experience with project management tools (Asana, Monday, Notion) a plus
  • A portfolio or examples of past partnerships work is a strong plus

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience in the baby, kids, home, or design/lifestyle space
  • Familiarity with UGC content strategy and paid social creative needs
  • Exposure to PR workflows and press coordination
  • Interest in AI tools and willingness to integrate them into daily workflows
