About the role:
The Nuclear Company is seeking a highly motivated and innovative Supply Chain & Logistics Engineer to spearhead the integration of cutting-edge technologies (AI, IoT, Blockchain) into our procurement, logistics, and supply chain operations within the nuclear energy sector. This critical role will drive operational excellence, enhance efficiency, and ensure the resilience of our supply chain. This role reports into our SVP, Technology.
Responsibilities:
- Develop real-time tracking systems for nuclear components, materials, and shipments.
- Integrate AI-driven demand forecasting to prevent material shortages.
- Work with the Blockchain Lead to ensure end-to-end traceability of nuclear-grade components.
- Oversee smart contract execution for automated vendor payments upon material verification.
- Implement IoT-enabled logistics tracking for just-in-time material delivery at construction sites.
Experience
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or procurement.
- 3+ years of experience working with AI/ML, IoT, or blockchain technologies in a professional setting.
- Strong understanding of supply chain principles and best practices.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Python, R, Tableau).
- Experience with data management and warehousing.
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.
Leadership & Communication:
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Estimated Starting Salary Range:
The estimated starting salary range for this role is $150,000 - $173,000 annually less applicable withholdings and deductions, paid on a semi-monthly basis. The actual salary offered may vary based on relevant factors as determined in the Company’s discretion, which may include experience, qualifications, tenure, skill set, availability of qualified candidates, geographic location, certifications held, and other criteria deemed pertinent to the particular role.
