About the role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile professional to join the Office of the CEO. This role involves providing strategic and technical support to the CEO, ensuring the seamless execution of company initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical and strategic support to the CEO on various projects and initiatives.
- Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape.
- Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and implementation of company strategies and business plans.
- Coordinate and manage cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO and other departments, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Support the CEO in decision-making processes by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Represent the CEO in meetings and events as required.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical or strategic role, preferably in the nuclear or energy industry.
- Strong technical background with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and presentation tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint).
- High level of discretion and professionalism.

Estimated Starting Salary Range:
The estimated starting salary range for this role is $118,000 - $140,000 annually less applicable withholdings and deductions, paid on a semi-monthly basis. The actual salary offered may vary based on relevant factors as determined in the Company’s discretion, which may include experience, qualifications, tenure, skill set, availability of qualified candidates, geographic location, certifications held, and other criteria deemed pertinent to the particular role.
