About the role:
The Contract Administrator supports the end-to-end management of procurement contracts that are critical to the delivery of advanced nuclear infrastructure. In this developing role, you’ll work alongside experienced contract managers, supply chain specialists, and project engineers to help maintain accurate records, monitor contract compliance, and facilitate timely execution of commercial agreements. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their contracts or procurement career to grow in a dynamic, mission-driven environment focused on clean energy innovation and rapid infrastructure deployment.
Responsibilities:
- Contract Documentation: Assist with the preparation, review, and administration of purchase agreements, work orders, service contracts, and change orders.
- Compliance & Tracking: Monitor contract milestones, deliverables, and reporting requirements to ensure timely execution and adherence to terms.
- Document Control & Filing: Maintain organized contract records and document repositories using internal systems (e.g., ERP, contract lifecycle tools, SharePoint).
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Support collaboration between legal, supply chain, engineering, and finance teams to resolve contract issues and track approvals.
- Process Support: Help develop standard templates, checklists, and workflows to improve contracting efficiency and visibility.
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Legal Studies, Supply Chain, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in contract administration, procurement, commercial operations, or project support roles
- Familiarity with contract terms, purchase orders, and basic commercial language
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, especially with document control and tracking deliverables
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven, team-oriented environment

Estimated Starting Salary Range:
The estimated starting salary range for this role is $98,000 - $118,000 annually less applicable withholdings and deductions, paid on a semi-monthly basis. The actual salary offered may vary based on relevant factors as determined in the Company’s discretion, which may include experience, qualifications, tenure, skill set, availability of qualified candidates, geographic location, certifications held, and other criteria deemed pertinent to the particular role.
