We’re looking for a highly motivated, results-driven, and experienced Business Development & Recruiting Manager to grow client relationships and deliver top talent across multiple industries, with a strong focus on financial services (banks, credit unions, mortgage servicers/lenders, mortgage insurers, and more). This is a true business development + recruiting role where you control the strategy, execution, and results.
You’ll identify new market opportunities, win new business, and manage the entire recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and assessing candidates to closing offers and ensuring successful placements. You’ll be the trusted partner to both clients and candidates, building lasting relationships and delivering high-impact solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Drive new business through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and strategic partnerships.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, presenting, and placing candidates.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of clients and candidates across target markets.
- Provide market insights, salary data, and competitive intelligence to clients.
- Achieve and exceed revenue, placement, and client satisfaction goals.
What You Bring
- 5+ years’ experience in full-desk recruiting or search firm business development.
- Proven track record of winning new business and making successful placements.
- A competitive, goal-oriented mindset with exceptional relationship-building skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Proficiency with ATS/CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Pay Range
$50 - $50 USD
