Marketing Intern (Milan)
The Orchard is looking for a Marketing Intern to assist the team with its Retail and Digital Marketing daily activities.
What you'll do
- Support the compilation of marketing pitches to digital music services, following established processes at The Orchard
- Help coordinate asset management and release campaign logistics
- Reporting of weekly playlists placements & charts
- Support updating our playlist brand Radial
- Support managing the company Instagram Account: Planning and scheduling content, creating visual assets and analyzing performance metrics to optimize engagement and align with marketing goals
- Assist in summarizing digital advertising campaign results creating dashboards and reports. Familiarity with key metrics and tools like Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads Manager is a plus.
- Support Managing YouTube Channels: Use SEO best practices to optimize videos and increase visibility. Track performance with YouTube Analytics and create reports for clients based on insights.
- Monitor Social Trends: Track emerging trends across social platforms to identify opportunities and enhance campaign performance
- Act as a local Orchard representative attending meetings, events and conferences as required.
Who you are
- You understand the local music industry and digital landscape.
- You have a good knowledge of the digital space, including social media
- Advanced organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise to deadline
- Analytical and Detail-Oriented: You have a passion for data, a keen eye for detail, and ability to turn numbers into actionable insights. A good tv knowledge of Excel, including formulas, creation of charts and data presentation, is required.
- Proactive and Eager to Learn: You’re enthusiastic about digital marketing and motivated to grow your skills in the field, constantly seeking new challenges. Certifications in digital marketing tools are a strong plus.
- Creative and Social Media Savvy: You have a strong sense of design and enjoy creating engaging visuals for social platforms. Proficiency in Canva is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English
- Passionate about artists and their music, with opportunity to attend industry events, shows & conferences representing The Orchard.
