Drive cross-functional alignment across all commercial pillars (DSPs, Physical, D2C, Radio, YouTube Ad Sales and Brand Partnerships) to directly influence release cycles and unlock bespoke, first to market commercial opportunities.
  • Cultural & Commercial Lifecycle Management: Act as the central architect for maximizing repertoire impact across the organization. Partner closely with Commerce, Marketing, and Relationship teams to identify culturally relevant moments, artist narratives, and timing that can unlock catalog growth and resurgence, ensuring catalog moments are integrated into wider cultural campaigns.
  • Technology & Scalable Decision Making: Partner with the Analytics team to embed data driven decision making across the division. Leverage data, tools, automation, and predictive modeling to scale catalog optimization globally, building repeatable systems that improve efficiency, performance, and viral forecasting.
  • Leadership & Team Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and empower a specialized team. Foster a culture of innovation where every catalog asset is treated with the urgency, creativity, and strategic nuance of a new release.

Who You Are:

  • Industry Mastery: 15+ years in digital commerce, marketing, or distribution, with a significant background in project management and cross-functional global coordination.
  • Proven Builder: A track record of building departments, startups, or specialized business units from the ground up, with experience integrating teams into broader operating systems.

  • Financial Acumen: Advanced experience in P&L management and revenue modeling. Comfortable utilizing data tools and automation to drive scalable, global optimization.
  • Strategic Leverage: A robust network of senior tier relationships across global commerce platforms and DSPs, with a proven track record of shaping platform strategy and securing high impact positioning for repertoire.
  • Cultural & Narrative Alignment: A strong intuitive sense for music culture, A&R narratives, and timing, with the ability to balance data-driven insights with creative storytelling.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
