Clinical Quality Nurse

Compensation:  $80,000-$95,000 per year

The Clinical Quality Nurse Manager will be an integral part of Theoria Medical's Clinical Operations team, focusing specifically on provider oversight and management. The successful candidate will collaborate directly with the VP of Clinical Quality to ensure providers are fulfilling their responsibilities, adhering to quality metrics and delivering optimal patient care.

Shift Structure: 

  • Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm EST

Responsibilities: 

  • Conduct thorough Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for patient readmissions
  • Monitor, analyze, and identify trends in hospital readmissions
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate targeted improvement plans
  • Provider onboarding education and support to reduce readmission risks
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards and regulations
  • Prepare detailed reports and communicate findings to leadership
  • Engage in continuous learning and professional development activities

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • RN-BSN compact license (required) 
  • Wound care certification (preferred)
  • SNF leadership experience (prior DON, etc.)  (required) 
  • Strong Clinical Foundation
  • Tech Savvy
  • Strong computer skills
  • Multitasking comes with ease
  • Personable and works well with other team members
  • Autonomous/Independent 
  • Strong understanding of healthcare staffing organization and needs
  • Great problem solving skills

Compensation and Benefits: 

  • Salary:  $80,000-$95,000/year
