Position Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt
Compensation: PHP45,000.00 - PHP70,000.00 per month (All-in salary package) + performance bonuses

Theoria’s Recruitment Department is seeking a highly motivated healthcare recruiting professional to join the team as an Corporate Recruiter. Theoria’s recruitment department is fast paced, and has a critical role in Theoria’s operations; as a result, we are looking for a talented Corporate Recruiter to facilitate Theoria’s recruitment efforts and effectively staff tough to fill roles.
Shift Structure
- Mondays-Fridays, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM EST (Night Shift PHT)
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
- Manage job postings across multiple job boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed and other commonly used job boards
- Employing novel sourcing strategies to source qualified candidates
- Developing candidate pipelines for assigned requisitions
- Managing active candidates and facilitating the recruitment process
- Developing a pool of passive candidates to fill requisitions
- Managing a panel of requisitions and filling open jobs in a reasonable timeframe
- Contacting applicants for preliminary screening via phone, email, and other methods
- Scheduling candidate interviews and schedule coordination of hiring managers
- Coordinating overall corporate recruiting efforts and staffing needs
Requirements and Qualifications
- Strong computer skills including experience with G Suite tools such as Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems
- Background in recruiting Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners and Physicians in the United States
- Experience in hiring for administrative positions in the Philippines.
- Exceptional English written and verbal communication skills
Physical Requirements
- Must be punctual or on time and adhere to the company's Time and Attendance policy.
- Must be able to remain sitting for the majority of their shift.
