Full Time Operations Coordinator

Theoria is seeking talented individuals to join its team to support its operations. This role 

Shift Structure 

• Monday-Friday  
• Shifts typically start around 8am-5pm
• This position is In-Person in Novi, MI

Essential Functions & Responsibilities 

• Responsible for all procurement requests 
• Maintaining vehicle maintenance as needed 
• Clerical support for clinical staff 
• Assistance with mail processing and shipping of supplies/equipment 
• Assisting equipment set up and maintenance
• Work closely with external vendors to ensure smooth operations 
• Identify areas for improvement in operational workflows and recommend solutions.
• Act as a liaison between various departments to facilitate communication and teamwork.
• Assist in internal and external audits as needed.
• Monitor performance metrics and recommend process enhancements.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Valid driver license and clean driving record 
• Personable and courteous 
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Prior experience in healthcare operations preferred 

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position for at least 50% of working hours
• Must be able to move inside a facility frequently and briskly in order to see patients with physicians.
• Ability to ascend and descend stairs in a facility.
• Some ability to position oneself to obtain records, tools, medical equipment and other items that may be in locations that are below the knee or above the shoulder.
• Effectively communicate with patients, managers, and Facility staff. 
• Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds.
